KCBS garnish rules apply... really?
I heard last year you were...ahhh... very forgiving with this rule.
I say, let's follow it so we're all on a level playin' field.

Not sure where you got that information. KCBS rules were applied, reviewed and utilized, we use 100% certified judges as well.

If anyone is interested, I just bought 2 pkgs of "disposable" cutting boards from http://store.smokymountainsmokers.com/default.cfm. These are 18" x 24" in 30 pack. Long story short...1 box cost $18.50 to ship, 2-boxes cost $21.16. I bought 2 to save on shipping, but only need 1 pack. 1 Pack is $21.50. Does anyone want a pack for $31? Find THE BBQJEDI on Sunday. Thanks.
