After taking a couple years off, the Winter Burn is back! This contest started in 2006 with only 6 teams. Over the years we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for NOAH http://ninoah.albinism.org/  and Operation BBQ Relief.
This friendly contest is for the newbie the die hard, the cabin fevered, the trash talkers, the first timers, the old timers and anyone who wants to give competition bbq a try. River Rand has helped us host this contest every year- giving the cooks a place to get out of the cold, grab a cold beer, meet new people and catch up with old friends... a contest that everyone can enjoy.  We hope you will join us and start your  2023 bbq season with us.
