After taking a couple years off, the Winter Burn is back! This contest started in 2006 with only 6 teams. Over the years we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for NOAH http://ninoah.albinism.org/ and Operation BBQ Relief.
This friendly contest is for the newbie the die hard, the cabin fevered, the trash talkers, the first timers, the old timers and anyone who wants to give competition bbq a try.
